Conductive painting as per client design of particulars furnished by the client
Soliani EMC carries out conductive painting on parts provided by the client, guaranteeing the quality of the execution according to the specifications requested, both for assurance of adhesion and for electrical conductivity.Normally for small production lots the parts are masked with tape, while for medium or large lots special masking templates are made. The conductive paints utilised are those proffered in the data sheets. If the surface of the parts offers difficulties for adhesion of the paint, a special primer coat will be applied first.
