This solution became part of our operational capabilities when requests emerged for the production of D-shaped seals, designed to restore electrical continuity and ensure sealing against both water and electromagnetic interference, without having to wait for the vulcanization times of silicone.
Applications
This silicone deposition, defined by viscosity and electrical conductivity, has represented and continues to represent a valid solution for creating prototypes before the production of molds. Additionally, it offers the ability to shield conductive silicone cords that are directly adhesive-coated, without the use of adhesives on the surface of the part, whether it is metal or plastic. In the case of plastic parts, they have been made electrically conductive through a painting treatment.
Supply
Available in single-dose tubes with screw caps, allowing for resealing and reuse later. Deposition carried out on behalf of third parties at our facility.
